Fontainebleau Hosts SOBE Best of the Best

Back for yet another year, The South Beach Wine and Food Festival is having its 5-day destination event in South Florida, showcasing some of the world’s most renowned wine and spirit producers, chefs and culinary experts and personalities. Fontainebleau is proud to be the host of the South Beach Wine and Food Festival’s grand walk-around affair, Wine Spectator’s Best of the Best event happening on Friday, February 22, 2019. Sixty of the nation’s top chefs showcase their most gourmet samplings to pair with over 100 wines rated 90 points or higher on Wine Spectator’s scale.
