The Most Delicious Time of the Year

Fontainebleau continues to be the premier destination for Miami’s much anticipated, annual two-month long restaurant showcase featuring the best of Miami cuisine. This year, Fontainebleau Hotel’s signature dining destinations StripSteak by Michael Mina and AAA Four Diamond award- winners Hakkasan and Scarpetta by Scott Conant are participating.

The trio extends Miami Spice dining opportunities seven days a week with three course prix fixe dinners available nightly. Additionally, Hakkasan is once again offering its legendary weekend Dim Sum lunch on Saturdays and Sundays. Vegetarian menu options are available at all venues. Miami Spice pricing is $23 for lunch and $39 for dinner per person, exclusive of tax and gratuity. Wine flights (at an additional price) are also on offer at each signature restaurant during dinner.

As always, many of the menu favorites from the hotel’s award-winning restaurants are featured as part of Miami Spice menus. Scarpetta diners can enjoy many of celebrity chef Scott Conant’s signature dishes including Burrata with Pesto, Heirloom Tomato & Aged Balsamic, Spaghetti with Tomato and Basil, and Duck & Foie Gras Ravioli as well as Coconut Tapioca. BLT Wedge Salad, Moyer Farms Filet Mignon and Banana Pudding are among the delicious options from StripSteak. Hakkasan diners can delight in favorites including Crispy Shrimp with Orange Sauce, Steamed Snapper with Green Ginger Sauce, Beef Fried Brown Rice with Green Pea and Black Sesame Cheesecake, among others. The dim sum lunch menu on Saturdays and Sundays has a plethora of dim sum favorites such as Chinese Chive Shrimp Dumplings, Hakka Noodle with Mushroom and Chive, Sautéed Shanghai Pak Choi with Mushroom and more.
